     Insert "relating to the Department of Health and Social                                                                  
Services; relating to staffing for the Alaska Commission on

Page 1, following line 6:                                                                                                       
     Insert a new bill section to read:                                                                                         
"* Sec. 2. AS 47.45.200 is amended by adding a new subsection to                                                              
read:                                                                                                                           
         (f)  The department shall provide sufficient staff and resources                                                       
     necessary to satisfy the requirements of AS 47.45.200 -                                                                    
     47.45.290."
